The product is fine: solidly manufactured, aesthetically pleasing. The problem is that the device was chosen for a Dell Precision 17-inch laptop. The notebook requires a very powerful 180W power supply. And this power supply does not work without reservations with this notebook despite the stated power of 180 watts. While actively working on the notebook, the battery does not charge. Only after turning off the notebook was the battery charged again.
And the issue of transport. While shopping at 11:00 AM, I spoke with an employee and was initially assured of quick transport – the next day. Furthermore, I purchased the • Priority in Pack-Service. Unfortunately, the power supply only arrived two days later. This was important because I was working on a tender with a tight deadline. I understand that I was far away - in Hel - but I hoped for delivery within 24 hours.
But apart from that, it was nice. :)

Price-performance ratio: very good

Quality: Works flawlessly so far

Appearance: Compared to the original DELL power supply, it is significantly larger (taller)

Usability: Increased dimensions negatively affect portability

I want to be honest about why I'm taking off two stars:
The first is for a limited list of devices; if I could, I would take off half a star. If you don’t know, you shouldn’t take the risk; if you are sure that the power supply works with your laptop, buy at your own risk. Ok, everything is great, but the manufacturer itself (Dell) states exactly this information on their website, and for a lower power (130 W), the same (we'll get to that shortly) power supply is recommended (the manufacturer's website recommends both 130 and 180 W).
This main deduction of stars is for the labeling of the power supply. I received a poorly labeled adaptive power supply that is suitable for many devices with different power tolerances, which worries me about its durability. Because if something is good for everything, then it is for... Something. Tricha is not what I ordered; I’m not returning it because my partner needs it very much, but after the first anonymous purchase, it now brings mixed feelings with the current second one.
