The delivery of the battery and the communication of the company with the customer is great, as far as the Czech Post is concerned, I was really pleasantly surprised. The assembly on my electric bicycle after slight modifications (which is normal when the original battery is replaced) and performance and battery life show the time, great for now and thank you.

The battery came to Greece in a week. Its weight is certainly not 2.43kg as is written in the description, but 3.7Kg. Pay attention to the poles and pins of the battery (+/-) and the bikes base, because the battery was backwards in relation to my bike and it didn't work. So I had to take it to a bike shop to reverse the pins to my bike for me. That's means extra money (unless someone can do it alone).
I've been using it for 2 days now and I'm very satisfied. Looks like a good battery.

I can only highly recommend this company and its products. I have two electric bicycles that I have been enjoying for several years, and something unexpected happened this spring: both bicycles refused to cooperate. Previously, it would have been a technical service issue (without batteries, brakes, lubrication, etc.). I thought that the service technician had broken something because how is it possible for two devices to break down at the same time??? Someone told me that it could of course be the batteries, but two at the same time, really?? I started searching and asking around. In the end, I stumbled upon <notranslate>światbateri.pl</notranslate>. A man told me a lot over the hotline, but I decided to visit their store in the Galeria Krakowska. Here, I can only highly recommend the gentleman who works there. He explained to me how to maintain the battery to use it for as long as possible. Additionally, I had previously ordered a battery, which you unpacked and showed me how to install. I immediately checked it because I had my bike in the underground garage; unfortunately, it wasn't the right one, it was too small. On the seller's advice on his website, I have already decided on one that fits my bicycle. A few days ago, I bought one and tested it for a few days. It works perfectly!! Yesterday, I ordered another one for the second bike. On the occasion of my visit to the store, I saw charging stations for electric cars, so I will visit them again soon because I am going to buy an 'electric car'. I recommend this company; their products and service are of high standard. Thank you for the help :)

Not easy to assemble, but works perfectly, less heavy than the old one.

La batteria è conforme alla descrizione. Veramente di ottima qualità. Ha aumentato notevolmente l'autonomia "reale" della mia eBike. La spedizione è stata velocissima (neanche 2gg lavorativi). La consiglio in quanto a mio parere ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'articolo è sicuramente competitivo sul mercato con un costo al disotto della media, considerando anche lo sconto di benvenuto che non é poco, per ora posso lasciare solo un commento su spedizione e contenuto della confezione, riguardo a qualità e prestazioni mi riservo alla prova provata, poi vi dirò in seguito.
Comunque spedizione rapida addirittura in anticipo rispetto alla previsione, qualche cruccio sul pacco, poco protetto visto il contenuto e all'interno non ci sono istruzioni per il montaggio e viti accessorie come dice il sito e il manuale d'istruzione non é in italiano.
