Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the product. My battery was damaged in the first winter of use. The product is specified as an "off-grid" system. Therefore i expected a battery protection, which is also claimed to be implemented. However, in winter when the panel was covered in snow and rarely produced electricity, my expensive batteries were discharged to a irreversible damage level.
I informed the Green Cell support on the topic. After 3-4 emails, where they offered me a refund, they suddenly ignored my case. Eventhough I reminded them another 4 times about my case, I never got another answer anymore and am left with a damage of 400 EUR and a poor inverter.
The inverter itself works but does not protect. The customer service was extremly poor. I tried several contact addresses - no word.
