This has been a complete nightmare to use, configure and to troubleshoot.
I keep getting Error4, which does not even exist in the manual. How about that?
Sometimes it just resets over and over and over and over for 12hours at night since it cannot detect the SOLAR PANELS. What a suprise, no solar at night. Jesus christ.
Today i tried connecting it to a generator to charge the batteries up as theres quite little sun in february. I've tried two system resets and i have changed, not joking, every single setting several times and chosen every single option and it will not charge the barries from grid/generator. Just bypass and power lights etc.
In all fairness, it does seem like a product that could be very good. But with a manual that is weak at best and software that is a complete and utter nightmare..... I actually do regret buying it :(

Leider erkennt das Gerät nicht den Schwellpunkt, um selbstständig sich ein-/ausschalten zu können. Bisher muss ich das manuell machen. Ein Support gibt es nicht, denn ich habe bisher keine Antworten bekommen. Schade

L'inverter 3kw - 24 v ha funzionato correttamente per i primi 22 mesi. Successivamente ha accusato qualche guasto che ha rovinato batterie e sistema ad isola. Ho chiesto la sostituzione dell'oggetto o la sua riparazione ma mi è stata negata la possibilità, comunicando che l'oggetto aveva 12 mesi di garanzia e non 24 e che quasi 24 mesi di utilizzo erano sufficienti.
