Il prodotto ha funzionato per circa 12 mesi, poi la carica da rete non ha più funzionato. Ho pubblicizzato il prodotto ad altri amici ma, purtroppo il modello aggiornato non caricava le batterie se era presente anche una bassissima tensione dai pannelli, fortunatamente hanno acquistato tramite "Amazon" e sono riusciti ad avere la sostituzione del prodotto, ma ahimè il prodotto dava lo stesso difetto, quindi hanno richiesto il rimborso. L'assistenza è di bassissima qualità, diciamo in linea con il prodotto.
