Why GaN?
When designing the charger, we wanted it to be as safe, small and light as possible. When looking for suitable technologies, we decided to use gallium nitride (GaN). This technology is characterised by a much higher thermal efficiency, which allows the components to be arranged much closer together. As a result, the device is significantly smaller than other chargers of similar power, while offering higher safety of use.
