A mobile charger for electric cars, a handy car jump starter that can start even 8-litre engines and a miniature charger with three USB ports – these are just a few of the premiere products that the Green Cell will present at CES 2022. Each of them has been designed in Poland and will be shown for the first time to thousands of users from all over the world. Green Cell wants to gather their feedback to develop products in line with customer needs.

Our portfolio consists of accessories for mobile devices and electric cars. Green Cell is already known in over 60 countries and its mission is to provide users with mobility and independence. This year alone, we have opened two new warehouses abroad, began preparations for launching our battery factory in Europe, and we are implementing an unusual project to convert a classic car with combustion engine into EV. The dynamic development of Green Cell is confirmed by premieres of new products.

Thanks to the creation of its own R&D team in 2017, we offer devices which stand out due to their interesting designs and functionalities tailored to the needs of users. Initially, Green Cell mainly offered high-quality batteries for laptops and smartphones. Today, our driving force are proprietary research and development projects.

The products presented at CES are the result of the work of Green Cell designers. They all comprise an ecosystem created for energy-independent homes but are also interesting mobile accessories in and of themselves. Let’s check them out.

GC Mamba – charging electric cars can be fun

The GC Mamba is definitely the most innovative Green Cell product – a mobile EV charger, which will turn recharging a car into a completely new experience. The brand presented this device at the Green Auto Summit conference in Stuttgart, but only at CES thousands of customers from around the world will be able to take a closer look at it and share their impressions with the Green Cell team.

The GC Mamba is characterised by the lack of a control module in the middle of the cable, and it provides exceptional comfort of use. The R&D team has managed to insert all the electronics into the plugs, which makes the charger very compact. On one end, the GC Mamba features a plug for a standard industrial socket, and on the other, a Type 2 plug that fits many models of electric cars. This plug also has an LCD screen and a button, allowing the user to easy access the most important settings and instantly check the charging parameters. The GC Mamba also enables intelligent communication with a dedicated mobile application via GSM and Bluetooth. This means users can control the charging process and change parameters from anywhere – at home and at work.

The GC Mamba is an excellent home and travel charger – it is safe, resistant to dust and water, and enables charging with a power of 11 kW wherever there is access to an industrial socket. Its sale is scheduled for the second half of 2022.

GC PowerBoost – a power bank that will start your car

Another product available from 27th December is the GC PowerBoost – a starter device for engine cars. It will easily jump start engines in passenger cars and many models of delivery vehicles when the battery is discharged. It features cells with a capacity of 16 000 mAh and provides a peak current of 2000 A. This means that it will start a passenger car engine up to 30 times.

The GC PowerBoost also features a rectifier function, allowing it to charge a battery with electricity from the socket or its own cells. Moreover, the device can be used as an ordinary power bank, equipped with two USB-A ports with a power of 18 W and a USB-C PD port with a power of 60 W. GC PowerBoost can easily charge smartphones, tablets or laptops and it will be useful not only when the car's battery fails.

Thanks to the built-in OLED display, users can quickly check the most important parameters – device operation mode, state of charge or battery voltage, and the flashlight will make it easier to service the car after dark. The GC PowerBoost kit includes a USB-C cable, battery terminals and a cover that will protect the device from chipping or damage.

GC PowerGaN – a small charger with big power

One more interesting product from Green Cell, which will be available in 2022, is the GC PowerGaN – a charger with 65 W of power. The device features three USB ports, while being half the size of competing chargers. Thanks to its high power and compact size, the GC PowerGaN may turn out to be the only universal charger you will need at home or on the trip.

The GC PowerGaN’s total power is sufficient to charge multiple devices. Two laptops and a smartphone or any other USB-powered device can be connected to the charger at the same time. The power will be distributed to individual ports to ensure optimal charging speed.

Premiering new products and promoting the rest of the offer are not the only goals of Green Cell's visit to Las Vegas. Brand representatives intend to collect as much feedback as possible from CES participants, which will help the R&D team to respond to customer needs even more effectively. Green Cell wants to play an important role in the global electronics market, and this means following fresh trends and staying even closer to the users.

In addition, we want to promote the idea of development in the USA through the implementation of its own projects. The manufacturer focuses on continuously improving the applied technologies and increasing the team's competences. This is one of the reasons why we aim to launch our battery factory in Europe, which will develop cooperation between the R&D department and the production team and will additionally improve product quality. All this to increase customer satisfaction.

Apart from the latest products and charger prototypes that have not been presented so far, the Green Cell's stand will feature the brand’s very extensive offer. It includes EV accessories (cables, wall and mobile chargers), batteries for laptops and smartphones, mobile accessories (power banks, chargers, USB-C hubs), as well as advanced AGM/LiFePO4 batteries. The latter are used in photovoltaic installations, camper trailers, summer houses or on yachts. Therefore, our portfolio includes almost everything related to charging and storing energy.
