We are very pleased to announce that as of 2021 our Company’s Supervisory Board has two new members – Paweł Hincz and Brendan O’Mahony. Both of them are recognized experts in their fields, with vast experience in working in an international environment.

Paweł Hincz is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience as a transactional and corporate attorney in reputable international law firms. With his over 15 years of practice in corporate law and M&A projects, Paweł is often a speaker at various conferences as well as an author of numerous publications. Paweł will support the team with his knowledge and experience as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. For Green Cell as a thriving company, it is crucial that it is developing according to the highest standards of corporate governance.

Brendan O’Mahony is an acknowledged expert with over 30 years of experience as a transaction and investment advisor. For more than a decade, he was the head of the Transaction Advisory department in one of the largest global advisory companies, advising the biggest Polish and international entities. As a Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Brendan will take advantage of his great experience to ensure the best possible implementation of the Company’s strategy focused on further intensive development.

The main goal of the new Members of the Supervisory Board is to ensure its proper functioning in the dynamically changing market and regulatory environment. It will be equally important to introduce a one-tier corporate governance system, in which the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors will form a de facto one team. The Supervisory Board will focus on the Company’s development, providing oversight of the company as well as assistance in thorough analysis and implementation of the strategy, taking into account the Company’s mission and stakeholders’ interests in a short-term, but mostly long-term perspective.
