Complaint

We do everything to ensure that the products we offer are of the highest quality. We want the purchased products to work flawlessly throughout the entire period of use. However, in the event of faults, we launch the complaint procedures referred to in the following points at the customer's request. How to make a complaint:

  1. Notify us about the defect preferably by e-mail or in writing. We encourage you to fill it in here complaint form
  2. Describe the defect in detail and your expectations for considering the complaint.
  3. Pack the product safely, the original packaging is best.
  4. We encourage you to join the package complaint form. This will facilitate the identification of the order and speed up the entire procedure.
  5. We encourage you to attach a proof of purchase - e.g. a receipt / VAT invoice.
